Full-Time Physical Therapist

Location: Independence, MOEmployment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMPatient Flow: 1–2 patients per hourPay Range: $80K–$90K for experienced Physical Therapists

About the Role

This Physical Therapist position offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule, manageable patient volume, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on each patient’s recovery.

As a PT, your work will focus on helping patients move better, regain strength, improve function, and work toward goals that matter in everyday life. You will evaluate each patient, create a clear treatment plan, guide therapy sessions, and adjust care as progress is made.

What You’ll Do

• Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Create treatment plans that match patient goals, diagnoses, and recovery needs
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance training, gait training, and mobility support
• Educate patients on home exercises, body mechanics, injury prevention, and recovery expectations
• Monitor outcomes and modify treatment plans based on progress
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with physicians, referral sources, and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Help patients build strength, movement confidence, and independence

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Open to new graduates and experienced PTs
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Ability to provide high-quality care in a full-time clinical role
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working with a range of patient needs
