Physical Therapist

Not every outpatient clinic runs at the same pace. This PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Boca Raton, FL keeps patient volume at 2 patients per hour, giving Physical Therapists the time to evaluate properly, treat with focus, and build real progress with each patient.

This role is a strong fit for a PT who wants to work in outpatient orthopedics without feeling rushed from room to room all day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Evaluate patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and sports-related needs
  • Build personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional limitations
  • Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and mobility work
  • Track outcomes and adjust plans of care as patients progress
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and movement strategies
  • Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress updates, and discharges
  • Work with PTAs and clinic staff to keep care consistent and organized

Requirements

  • Active Florida Physical Therapist License
  • DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
  • Outpatient experience preferred
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Interest in orthopedic outpatient care
  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Benefits

  • Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
