Position Overview:Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional rehabilitative care to diverse patient populations, fostering recovery and improving quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional deficits.
- Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and document outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid New York State Physical Therapy license (required).
- Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehab settings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and EMR documentation.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
