The Role:

This is more than just a PT gig its your chance to grow as a leader, help shape a thriving practice, and change lives daily. Youll work with a supportive, mission-driven team and gain experience in both clinical care and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver top-tier, evidence-based care to a diverse caseload
• Collaborate with an energized team of clinicians and leaders
• Mentor and support new grads or interns (if thats your jam)
• Contribute ideas and improvements to our practice model
• Get involved in strategic planning and clinic operations if youre interested in the business side

What Were Looking For:

• Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
• Montana PT License (or ability to obtain one)
• A communicator, collaborator, and lifelong learner
• A self-starter who thrives on getting better clinically and professionally
• New grads welcome! If youre a great fit, well help you grow fast

Compensation & Perks:

• Starting salary: $75K+ (DOE)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Easily attainable bonus system  add $5K$20K/year to your base just by doing great work

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• 8- or 10-hour shifts available
