Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) | Grants Pass, OR

Help patients restore movement, strength, and independence through expert, compassionate care. We’re seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dedicated rehabilitation team in Grants Pass, OR.

What You’ll Do:

Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with mobility and functional limitations
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

What You’ll Bring:

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Active PT license or eligibility to obtain in Oregon
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to adapt to varied patient needs and care settings
