Job Description

Contract Physical Therapist – Job Description (Wyoming 82240)

  • Location: Wyoming 82240

  • Pay: $1,987 – $2,230 per week + completion bonus

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Breaks: 1-hour lunch

  • Dress Code: Gray scrubs and/or gray top with professional slacks

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in a clinical setting

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with the care team to support optimal patient outcomes

  • Follow facility policies and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Wyoming DFS required

  • Active Wyoming Physical Therapist (PT) License required

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

  • Prior clinical experience preferred
