Job Summary:-Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.-Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well being, and evaluates the patient's progress.-To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.-The requirements list must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required. Education
Required Education:-Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required.
Preferred Education:-Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
Required Certifications & Licensure:-Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required.-BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Certifications & Licensure:-Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association. null
