At Independence Rehab, we specialize in providing ethical, evidence-based therapy services within geriatric care facilities (SNF, Transitional Care). We're actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our rehab team, to provide evaluations and PTA supervision at our Scottsbluff-area facilities (Scottsbluff, Gering, Kimball, and Mitchell). This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture. You will be paid while traveling between facilities during the work day.

In This Role, You Will:

• Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents

• Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes

• Collaborate with facility staff and inter-disciplinary team members to support overall patient care

• Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship

We're Looking For:

• A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Nebraska

• A clinician with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly

• Someone who is organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative setting

• Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus (but not required)
