Position Details

Ready for one-on-one patient care? In partnership with our Home Healthcare Team, our Physical Therapists are responsible for documenting therapy goals and rehab services provided.

• This can be a PRN contract, Part-time or Full-Time Hourly, or Salaried position
• Pay rate: $75 - $90 per visit
• Bi-Weekly pay
• Flexible working hours that work for YOU! Pick your service area and we provide training and support
• Employee referral program
• No OASIS documentation required - this is the responsibility of our Nursing Team

• A licensed Physical Therapist
• CPR Certified
