Minimum Requirements

Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. (Client specifies Associates degree minimum.)
Active Maryland Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in home health settings preferred.
Professional certification required by client.
