What You’ll Be Doing

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver hands-on therapy and guide patients through exercises and recovery plansMonitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomesMaintain accurate documentation and manage patient recordsCollaborate with physicians, care teams, and referral sourcesEducate patients and families on recovery and at-home careContribute to clinic success through quality care and performance metrics

Qualifications / Must-Haves

Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) – requiredOpen to new grads or experienced cliniciansStrong clinical reasoning and patient care skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced outpatient environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam-oriented with a positive, growth mindset
