Physical Therapist – Permanent Direct Hire

Location: Bellows Falls, VT areaEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentCompensation: $38.80–$53/hour

We are recruiting Physical Therapists for a healthcare organization in southern Vermont.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and functional independence.

  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.

  • Educate patients and caregivers.

  • Maintain clinical documentation.

  • Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation professionals.

Qualifications

  • Qualifying physical therapy degree.

  • Current or eligible Vermont PT licensure.

  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient care skills.
