Physical Therapist

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment. We have multiple direct-hire Physical Therapist opportunities available across a variety of locations and clinical settings, including outpatient, inpatient, rehabilitation, home health, and specialty care.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide physical therapy treatments based on patient needs and established plans of care
Monitor and document patient progress
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and ongoing care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote patient safety, mobility, independence, and quality of life

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Current or eligible state Physical Therapist license
CPR/BLS certification as required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
New graduates may be considered for select opportunities
