Job Description

Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a well-established, 100% outpatient private practice in Helena, Montana. This clinic has been serving the community for 10+ years, is PT-owned, and continues to grow—creating the need to add another clinician to the team.

This is a one-on-one patient care model with strong mentorship, generous benefits, and a culture that prioritizes clinical excellence and work-life balance. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation (discussed during interview process)

  • Student Loan Repayment Program:
  • Up to $10,000 over 5 years, paid in annual increments
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (STD/LTD)

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:40 PM
  • 40 hours per week
  • Alternating early and late shifts

Mentorship & Professional Development

  • Structured mentorship program
  • 2 hours blocked off every week for hands-on clinical training and mentorship with the owner
  • Unlimited Continuing Education reimbursement
  • Supportive environment ideal for both new grads and experienced clinicians

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Clear and active Montana Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
  • Open to new graduates
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedic care and patient-centered treatment
