Job Description
Physical Therapist
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a growing, privately owned outpatient clinic in Inver Grove Heights, MN, which has been open for approximately 14 months. This role is well-suited for clinicians who value high-quality, non-interventional care, collaborative teamwork, and meaningful community engagement. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
The clinic currently has a part-time Physical Therapist and is expanding due to consistent monthly growth in patient volume.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary up to $100,000, based on experience
- New graduate starting salary: $85,000
- Two weeks (10 days) of Paid Time Off, accrued over time

About the Practice
The clinic owner has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a background in health technology. While not a clinician, the owner is deeply committed to conservative, non-interventional care models and built the practice to provide a patient-centered alternative within the outpatient space. The clinic emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and long-term clinician success.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, 40-hour work week
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible scheduling available)
- 100% outpatient setting
- EMR: WebPT
- Clinic owner onsite approximately three days per week
Caseload & Care Model
- Patient volume structured to prioritize quality care and sustainability
- 40–45 minute treatment sessions, averaging 12 patients per day, or
- 60-minute treatment blocks, averaging 6 patients per day
- Approximately 10 hours per week dedicated to community outreach, marketing initiatives, and relationship-building
- Patient population includes adults through geriatrics
- Clinical focus includes orthopedic, neurologic, balance, and vestibular rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Clear and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Minnesota
- New graduates and experienced clinicians welcome
- Interest in conservative, non-invasive treatment approaches
- Strong communication skills and willingness to engage in community outreach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care model
Bonus Structure
In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses:
- Individual Bonus:Eligible for a monthly bonus of up to 4.0% of gross monthly salary when averaging 56 patient visits per week during the month.
- Team Bonus:Eligible for an additional monthly bonus of up to 4.0% of gross monthly wages when each member of the assigned care team averages 56 patient visits per week.A team consists of one Physical Therapist and one Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Total Bonus Potential: Up to 8.0% monthly, based on combined individual and team performance.
