We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team focused on helping residents improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on strength, balance, and functional mobility
Supervise PTA staff and support care delivery
Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
Complete timely documentation
