Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-TimeMeriden | Meriden, CT$45–$50/hour | Full-Time | Benefits AvailableLTC Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Meriden. You'll help residents work through mobility challenges, using individualized treatment to support recovery and greater independence in their daily routines.What You'll DoAssess residents' strength, balance, and functional movement

Establish measurable goals and develop physical therapy plans

Provide gait training, transfer practice, and therapeutic exercises

Teach residents and caregivers techniques for safer mobility

Review progress, update treatment, and document care

Coordinate recommendations with nursing and the rehab team
