This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity offering competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and a collaborative clinical environment.What You’ll DoAs a Physical Therapist, you’ll work with a diverse patient population and treat a wide range of conditions including orthopedic and neurological disorders, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, vestibular, concussion, balance, and gait issues.You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and adjusting individualized plans of care
• Managing a caseload of 10–12 patients per day (approx. 50 visits/week)
• Documenting progress using Raintree EMR
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Participating in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
