Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of hire (or eligibility)
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Perform patient/resident evaluations, care planning, direct treatment, and consultations for a general rehabilitation caseload
- Participate in interdisciplinary clinical team processes
- Provide education and training to caregiver staff
- Contribute to clinical program development initiatives
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, aides, technicians, and students as required
- Provide additional administrative responsibilities in multi-therapist settings where applicable
