Ochsner Therapy and Wellness | Full-Time | Outpatient Clinic

Join Ochsner Health at our Raceland outpatient clinic — We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high‑quality rehabilitative care to patients in the Raceland community.

About the Role:

The Physical Therapist performs comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. You’ll provide therapeutic interventions, document clinical progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes. This position supports a dynamic, patient‑centered environment within our growing Raceland clinic.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (required).
Current physical therapy license in the state of practice OR eligibility by examination OR reciprocity.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and computer proficiency.
