Physical Therapist – Tyler, TX

Direct Hire | Growth Opportunity | Salary + Incentives (Up to $140,000)

O'Mally Management Group (OMG) is partnering with PT Concepts to recruit a growth-oriented Physical Therapist for a direct-hire opportunity in Tyler, TX. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to be part of a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary clinic system with long-term growth potential.

Our client's integrated model combines physical therapy and chiropractic care to provide comprehensive treatment for:

  • Orthopedic & extremity injuries

  • Spine conditions

  • Post-operative rehabilitation

  • Pain management

  • Soft tissue recovery

You will treat a diverse and steady patient caseload alongside a collaborative team of providers — with the opportunity to grow clinically, professionally, and financially.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver active and passive rehabilitation therapies
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with chiropractic, medical, and rehab staff
  • Refer patients to appropriate providers when indicated
  • Serve as a clinical leader for staff and within the community

Education & Licensure

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current or pending Texas Physical Therapist licensure
  • Strong drive for professional and personal growth

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday-Friday
