Physical Therapist Location: Cut Bank, MTSchedule: Full-time, Part-time, or PRN options availableCompensation: Competitive hourly rate up to $80hr with benefits (DOE)About the Opportunity Are you a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain function, independence, and quality of life? Join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing/post-acute care setting where your expertise and compassion truly make an impact. Being in-house means you're part of the facility's care team, with strong collaboration, consistency, and the ability to follow patients throughout their recovery journey.What We Offer

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury
- Work with patients who have medically complex needs in a post-acute/SNF environment
- Collaborate closely with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress accurately and timely to support quality care and compliance
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of MT or ability to obtain license
- Experience in post-acute or SNF setting preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills
- Passion for patient-centered rehabilitation
