Up to $70/hr (DOE)

Full-Time

Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team full-time! If you're passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability
Document treatment progress and patient outcomes accurately
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery goals
Educate patients and families on therapy plans, exercises, and safety
Maintain compliance with all state and facility policies

What We're Looking For

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
Excellent communication and teamwork
Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute setting preferred (but not required)
Reliable, professional, and motivated to make a difference
