Licensed Physical TherapistLangdon Place of DoverDover, NH$45.00-$50.00/hour

Post Rehab is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing setting. This position focuses on restoring movement, reducing pain, and helping residents return to their highest level of function.

Key Functions:

Perform initial and ongoing assessments
Design and adjust individualized care plans
Lead treatment sessions targeting mobility, strength, and coordination
Track outcomes and communicate updates with the care team
Educate residents and caregivers on carryover strategies
Complete timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license required
Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred
