Overview
Job Description
Physical Therapist — Quality Care, ~12 Patients/Day (Sudbury, MA)
Most outpatient PTs aren't burned out on patients. They're burned out on volume.
We built Rebound because we wanted to practice the way PT school taught us — time to think, connect, and actually help people improve.
If you're tired of rushing room to room and finishing notes at night, keep reading.
What Your Day Actually Looks Like
- ~12 patients per day
- One-on-one focused care (not tech-run treatments)
- Occasional light overlap for flow — not high-volume scheduling
- Documentation time built into the schedule
- You leave on time most days
We treat orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health conditions — but the real focus is individualized care, not throughput.
