Physical Therapist ( Entry Level)

Responsibilities

M-F 8a-5p. Our clinicians treat an average of 14 - 16 patients per day.
Conduct patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and strength.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Set and achieve personal performance targets within the team.
Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Utilize feedback to improve treatment techniques and patient outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.
Engage in community outreach to promote physical therapy services.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment.

Experience/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
Eagerness to participate in ongoing professional development.
Strong communication skills for patient education and collaboration.
Familiarity with therapeutic exercises and patient assessment techniques.
Knowledge of injury prevention and wellness strategies.
Ability to set and achieve personal performance targets.
Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals effectively.
