Job Description

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you'll make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative and innovative clinical environment.

  • Evaluate and assess patients using evidence-based clinical examination techniques to develop comprehensive understanding of their conditions
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and functional needs
  • Deliver hands-on, therapeutic interventions using current manual therapy techniques and modalities
  • Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, home exercise programs, and recovery best practices to promote long-term wellness
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and organized clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary clinical team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
  • Monitor patient progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient feedback
  • Communicate transparently with patients and healthcare providers regarding treatment progress and clinical recommendations

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and positive patient outcomes
  • Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
  • Desire for professional growth and continuing education
