Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)Location: Benton, AREmployment Type: Full-TimeOpenings: 1We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Benton, AR. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function in a dynamic clinical environment.Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation interventions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and patient safety protocols
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Physical Therapist License in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings
- Prior clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- High level of professionalism and adaptability
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent required)
- Active State PT License
- BLS Certification (within 30 days of hire)
- Healthcare / Rehabilitation setting
- Fast-paced and patient-focused environment
- Collaborative multidisciplinary team
