Physical Therapist

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop customized treatment plans
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience with double-book treatment models and outpatient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Prior outpatient experience is advantageous but not required
• Willingness to travel to nearby clinics if needed

Other Requirements:

• Commitment to patient care excellence and professionalism
• Shift hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday
• Double-book model with 2 patients per hour, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Guarantee of 36 hours per week, with up to 40 hours anticipated (any additional hours require prior approval)
• Willingness to work in a supportive, collaborative environment
• No float to other clinics required
• Outpatient experience preferred; new grads and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
• Start date: September 23, 2024
• Hourly pay rate of $48.24
