Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system
• Prior outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience

Other Requirements:

• RTO request limit of 3 days
• Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 4x10 hour shifts (schedule varies)
• On-call duties as needed, including weekends and holidays (minimum 2 major, 2 minor holidays annually)
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications if required; certifications not in-hand at submission
• Completion of a Wellstar cover sheet for each application
• Successfully obtain and maintain required certifications such as BLS or BLS Instructor
• Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $46.90, with a bill rate of $70, providing competitive compensation.
