• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications (if not already held)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system
• Prior work in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Additional certifications in specialty areas

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or BLS Instructor certification (must be able to obtain if not already held)
• Flexibility to work day shifts, primarily Monday through Friday, 4x10-hour days, with variations in scheduling as needed
• On-call availability, weekends, and holidays (minimum of two major and two minor holidays per year)
• Ability to complete a Wellstar cover sheet for each submission
• Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
• RTO Request Limit: 3 days
• Location: Day shift, Day hours (United States of America)
