• Valid and current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Oregon.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Proficiency in documentation and patient management systems.
• Commitment to patient care and professionalism.

Additional Skills That Are a Plus:

• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with a varied patient population and diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Flexibility to float between clinics as needed.
• Knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Open to new graduates and those with limited experience.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week with a workload of 12-14 patients daily, including follow-ups and double bookings, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.

Other Requirements:

• Outpatient clinical experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work at our clinic located at 7208 NE Cornell Rd, Hillsboro, OR 97124-5430.
• Must be approved by the director for any OT hours; float to other clinics may be required.
• Availability to start on or around April 1, 2024.
