We are seeking passionate professionals to contribute to comprehensive patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings. Current Louisiana PT licensure
Ability to independently manage a caseload across diverse patient types and diagnoses
Experience with spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, trauma, orthopedic surgeries, neuro conditions, pediatric development, and complex medically fragile patients
Strong knowledge of inpatient rehab, acute care, outpatient, and skilled nursing protocols
Proficiency with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech Expanse, and Wellsky
Effective communication and teamwork skills, including working with multidisciplinary teams
BLS certification required

Nice to Have Skills:

ACLS, NIHSS, or other advanced certifications
Experience working in multiple healthcare settings
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

Minimum of 1+ year of relevant clinical experience in specialty care
Prior experience working with complex and medically fragile patients
Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads independently in fast-paced environments

Other Requirements:

Valid Drivers License and applicable insurance if required
No floating between facilities unless specified
Ability to attend departmental orientations and adapt to department-specific equipment and technologies
Regular hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; no weekend coverage required
No holiday work expected; no on-call responsibilities
Scrub color: Pewter for inpatient settings or professional dress for outpatient settings
