Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Linton, INContract: 13 Weeks | Day Shift | 5x8s or 4x10s | 40 Hours/WeekSetting: Critical Access Hospital – Inpatient & Outpatient

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a critical access facility in Linton, Indiana. This role offers a balanced inpatient/outpatient caseload and a supportive team environment.

Job Details:

  • Evaluate & treat patients with individualized PT plans

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

  • Document progress & adjust care as neededRequirements:

  • PT degree from an accredited program (DPT preferred)

  • IN Physical Therapy license (or eligible)

  • BLS certification

  • 1+ year of experience preferred
