Physical Therapist Opportunity – Inside Established Anytime Fitness Location
Southlands / SE Aurora, Colorado
Anytime Fitness is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist interested in building or expanding their own practice inside an established, high-traffic fitness facility in one of Southeast Aurora’s fastest-growing areas.
This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial Physical Therapist looking for:

The Opportunity
- Private 205 sq ft treatment room
- Space comfortably fits two PT treatment tables
- Full access to over 6,500 sq ft of gym space for rehabilitation, strength training, mobility work, and functional movement training with clients
- Established Anytime Fitness location operating since 2014
- Recently fully remodeled facility
- Over 1,000 active gym members
- Approximately 50% of members are Medicare-aged adults
- Located directly across from two active 55+ communities, creating strong potential for:
- Active aging programs
- Balance and fall prevention
- Post-rehab strength training
- Mobility and functional fitness services
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Physical Therapist who:
- Is licensed in the State of Colorado
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset
- Enjoys working with active adults and the 55+ demographic
- Values collaboration with fitness professionals
- Wants to grow a long-term client base through referrals and community engagement
- Has experience with orthopedic rehab, functional movement, mobility, balance training, or strength-based rehabilitation
