This is an excellent opportunity to provide top-tier care across diverse settings, including inpatient rehab, acute care, outpatient, and skilled nursing, with a supportive work environment and competitive pay.In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of diagnoses, including spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, amputations, orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neuro conditions, and medically complex cases. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services and positively impact patient outcomes.Required Skills:

• Current Louisiana PT or PTA license
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in specialty areas outlined above
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and prioritize patient needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech Expanse, Wellsky, and AOD
• CPR/BLS certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, NIHSS preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with complex or medically fragile patients
• Previous exposure to inpatient rehab, acute care, outpatient, or skilled nursing environments
• Bilingual abilities
• Additional certifications in neuro, pediatrics, or specialty rehab areas

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) preferred
• At least 1+ years of clinical experience in relevant patient populations
• First-time travelers may be considered based on experience and skillset

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, no call or weekend coverage required
• Willingness to attend departmental and hospital orientation sessions
• Participation in a minimal holiday schedule with no holiday expectations
• Scrub color: Pewter (Inpatient) or Professional Dress (Outpatient)
• Free parking provided
• No floating between facilities unless specified; transportation and reimbursements when applicable

This roles offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $60.30, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
