How Youll Contribute

• Promotes Elara Carings philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
• Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and consults with other specialists.
• Designs and implements a plan of care for patients based on assessment and incorporates participation by significant others whenever appropriate.
• Conducts therapy practice within defined standards of care.
• Directs assistance of support staff to achieve patients functional goals.
• Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans; regularly updates documentation.
• Provides direction and leadership to staff and acts as a resource to promote physical therapy in the community.

Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Able and willing to travel throughout the coverage area (up to 50%).
• Must have dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance.
• Able to lift 50100 lbs.
