Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Location: Oshkosh, WI
Job Type: PRN (as needed to cover time off of other PTAs)

We are dedicated to providing quality resident centered care.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist in implementing treatment plans, helping patients improve movement, manage pain, and regain physical function following injury, illness, or surgery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist
- Instruct patients in exercises and functional activities
- Observe and document patient progress and responses to treatment
- Provide patient education and reinforce proper exercise techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
