Job Details / Responsibilities:

Implement and progress patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical TherapistDeliver hands-on therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and patient educationMonitor patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate effectively with the care teamAssist with orthopedic, sports, post-op, geriatric, and general rehabilitation casesPromote patient independence and long-term wellness through customized home exercise programsMaintain clinic standards for safety, compliance, and exceptional patient experienceParticipate in team collaboration, community events, and continuous learning opportunities

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programActive (or eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant license in ArizonaStrong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skillsPassion for helping patients achieve their mobility and recovery goalsCommitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth
