WHAT WE OFFER
Pay: $25-30 based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Tuesday: 9 AM - 7 PM
- Wednesday: 9 AM - 5 PM
- Thursday: 9 AM - 7 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM

YOUR DAY AS A PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
You work closely with patients throughout their visits, actively guiding them through corrective exercises, rehabilitation sessions, and movement-based care plans designed to deliver real progress. You keep sessions engaging and efficient, helping patients move through focused 10–20 minute appointments that emphasize progression and participation rather than passive treatment. You collaborate daily with doctors and your team, ensuring every patient is moving forward from pain and limitation to strength and confidence. You build relationships, provide encouragement, and create an environment where patients feel motivated and supported in every session while contributing to a system that prioritizes results and long-term success.
QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME OUR PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
- A commitment to a fitness-forward and health-conscious lifestyle
- Strong communication and coaching skills

Our newest addition, Lake Effect Functional Fitness, is a 1,500 sqft functional fitness gym located in the same building, offering small group class training with a clinic-gym hybrid design. This setup allows our patients to graduate from care directly into the gym to continue their journey toward strength and wellness for life, setting us apart from the typical sports chiropractic office. It also provides opportunities to coach classes and earn additional income.
