Job Description

Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)Overview: Join our team as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a supportive retirement community setting.   • Current state license or registration as a Physical Therapy Assistant*
  • Proven experience providing therapeutic exercises and treatments*
  • Knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and patient handling*
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills*
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Completion of a recognized PTA program*
  • Prior experience in a senior or long-term care setting is preferred
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts as assigned*
  • Must adhere to all safety and infection control protocols*
  • No additional license or certification requirements beyond state licensure necessary for practice
