Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – $58,000–$70,000 + True 1-on-1 Care + No Weekends

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Current clinic hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Mon/Wed/Fri, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Tues/Thurs
- Transitioning to 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM to improve team work-life balance
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional rehab
- Apply modalities within scope of practice
- Document daily treatment notes accurately in EMR
- Communicate patient progress with supervising PT
- Maintain compliance with Medicare and insurance guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Florida PTA license (required)
- Strong orthopedic and exercise-based rehab skills
- Good time management and communication skills
- Team-oriented with attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- $58,000 – $70,000 salary (based on experience; equivalent to ~$28–$35/hr)
