Innovation That Makes a DifferenceSoaring on Hope is proud to be one of only four locations in Oklahoma with a Smart Home Demonstration Site, where families, clinicians, and community members can explore assistive and enabling technologies that promote independence, accessibility, safety, and participation in everyday life.What You'll DoAs a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work alongside our Physical Therapist to provide engaging, evidence-based care that helps children ages 0–21 build strength, coordination, mobility, and functional skills.Responsibilities include:Provide physical therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.Provide engaging activities targeting strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait, endurance, motor planning, and functional independence.Support children in developing gross motor skills and participating in age-appropriate activities.Educate and encourage families in carrying over therapeutic activities and home programs.Communicate with the supervising PT regarding patient progress, challenges, and changes in performance.Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and other team members to support coordinated care.Maintain timely and accurate documentation.Participate in department meetings, professional development, and team collaboration.QualificationsRequiredAssociate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist Assistant License (or eligible)PreferredPassion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
