Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - In-House
If you've worked in SNF therapy under a contract model and felt like the company's priorities didn't always match your patients' needs - this role is intentionally different.
We are an in-house, family-owned therapy organization - not a contract therapy company. Our therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, so you can focus on what you were trained to do - delivering meaningful, patient-centered care that changes lives.

What You'll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy services under PT supervision
- Assist with treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, and patient progression
- Deliver patient-centered interventions focused on mobility, strength, function, and safety
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, and the full interdisciplinary care team
- Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes

- Active PTA license in good standing
