Physical Therapy Assistant

Our client, a high-performing rehabilitation team affiliated with a world-class rehabilitation hospital in the New York Metro area, is hiring multiple outpatient Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient population.
• Support patients through therapeutic interventions and document treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervising PTs, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current New York State PTA license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• At least 1 year of outpatient experience preferred; strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• A collaborative and patient-focused approach to care.
