- Physical Therapy Assistant at Smyrna Health & Wellness Center (Smyrna, DE)50 mile radius for local rate Must plan 5 weeks for credentialing non-resident DE: In person fingerprints are required. T must go to DE once accepted to begin the process and then results will post 3-4 weeks from that point START DATE: ASAP for scheduled orientation MUST BE ABLE TO START BY 7/13 AT THE LATEST DUE TO EPIC EMR IMPLEMENTATIONBILL RATE:/mile MODALITY: PTA TYPE OF JOB ORDER: TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Home Health and Oasis CANCEL POLICY: 14 day notice Pay Cycle
