• Current Louisiana PTA License
• At least 1 year of experience working with complex patient populations, including spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, and medically complex patients
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with inpatient rehab, acute care, outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and neuro-specific diagnoses
• Proficiency with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech Expanse, and Wellsky
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Supportive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with pediatric development or higher-functioning neuro patients
• Additional certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, NIHSS)
• Previous exposure to hospital or rehab settings
• Flexibility with departmental equipment and technology

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 1+ years of clinical experience in a specialty setting
• Prior experience working with diverse patient diagnoses and treatment modalities

Other Requirements:

• No weekend or holiday coverage required for outpatient services
• No on-call duties
• Ability to attend departmental and site-specific orientation sessions
• Reliable transportation for travel between facilities, if applicable
• Beachhead scrubs in pewter color for inpatient settings; professional attire for outpatient

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $43.55, with weekly pay via direct deposit, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, and more.
