• Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in outpatient therapy settings
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with orthopedic, post-surgical, and geriatric care

Additional Skills That Are a Plus:

• Experience with swing bed cases or acute care
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient therapy experience
• Prior exposure to diverse patient demographics and clinical scenarios

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch
• Willingness to see swing bed cases if necessary
• Commitment to maintaining current licensure and certifications
• Ability to travel within assigned facility or region if needed
