• Valid Wyoming State License and BLS certification
• Proven ability to evaluate and develop tailored treatment plans for diverse musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training
• Strong communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Excellent documentation skills compliant with regulatory standards
• Ability to supervise and mentor support staff as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior outpatient or hospital-based experience
• Exposure to evidence-based practices and current treatment guidelines
• Experience working in rural healthcare settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or similar)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in rehabilitation (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Current licensure to practice in Wyoming

Other Requirements:

• Must possess BLS certification
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Willingness to adhere to healthcare protocols regarding travel and associated reimbursements, when applicable
