• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in physical therapy
• Valid BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess, plan, and execute personalized treatment plans effectively
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting
• Additional certifications in specialty areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics, or orthopedics
• Bilingual abilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Other Requirements:

• Must hold and maintain active licensure and certification applicable to Texas
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Reliable transportation for potential travel reimbursement when applicable
