We are seeking a motivated and flexible PT to join our team on a short-term contract, providing critical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This contract offers a unique chance to work in a collaborative environment, support a vital rural healthcare facility, and sharpen your skills across varied clinical scenarios.What You’ll Bring:

• Active Arkansas PT License and current AHA BLS Certification
• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience
• Strong communication skills and patient education expertise
• Ability to work independently within a small team
• Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation
• Excellent time management and adaptability for mixed inpatient and outpatient caseloads

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in rural or critical access hospitals
• Comfort with floating between inpatient and outpatient services
• Experience supervising PTA staff

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Proven ability to handle diverse clinical environments and patient cases

Additional Requirements:

• Must have NPI number
• Willingness to start approximately two weeks before the permanent staff member departs for comprehensive onboarding
• Willingness to work 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, starting 08/17/2026
